Description:

The project consisted of the refurbishment of the Heritage listed façade and foyer of 73 York Street. Including new entries, stairs, glazing and services.

Achievements:

Due to the building being occupied during the construction works, OneBuild liaised closely with all tenants and building managers to ensure no one was affected. The building being heritage listed, therefore all works were closely supervised to ensure compliance to the detailed council and heritage Description. The 8 week project was successfully completed in October 2005.
