Description:

Construction of a new digital television control building within an existing warehouse structure, consisting of 3 level control room, plant rooms, offices and exchange.

Achievements:

The existing industrial building was adapted into a high tech facility including architectural, structural and services. The project was completed over a nine month programme within the agreed contract time, budget and documentation. Practical Completion was achieved May 2001.
