Description:

This project consisted of constructing a commercial boat shed, café and residence, over the water at Balmoral Beach. The building comprised large exposed hardwood structural members, curved timber beams and high class finishes within.

Achievements:

The construction of a high-class building over the water in such a public location, required the development and management of strict environmental and safety polices. The project was completed on budget, as per the documentation and within the agreed duration of 20 weeks.
