Description:

This project consisted of Refurbishing the entire club, including the administration area, gaming, function, new kitchen and bar areas, as well as creating a large external garden area.

Achievements:

The construction period commenced over Christmas, which created procurement issues that were overcome. The project was carried whilst the remainder of the building was occupied and operational, including a public car park and gym below the site and a physiotherapist above. The planning and the co-ordination of the works were such, that the operational businesses were not affected. The project was completed on budget, as per the documentation and within the agreed duration of 19 weeks.
