The construction of a new upmarket hotel in an existing 2 level shell.

Achievements:

The building was completed in an extremely compressed programme over the Christmas period, with tight access and huge tourist volume in Darling Harbour over the Christmas period. The project was completed on budget, as per the documentation and within the 9 week compressed programme. The building was handed over in January 2002.
