Description:

Extension of the existing exchange. The project included the demolition of the precast façade, the extension of the reinforced concrete frame and the completion of the technical space & plant rooms.

Achievements:

The building extension was completed whilst keeping the existing exchange operating, in a dust and vibration free environment, maintaining weather tightness and security. The project was completed within the contractual date, budget and documentation. Practical Completion was achieved March 2001.
