Description:

The project consists in an all-new technical facility on a green field site, creating 5,700m2 of floor space over 2 levels. It includes the instillation of specialised technical infrastructure to the site and within the facility itself.

Achievements:

Fast track construction management delivery method is being utilised to bring the project from concept design to final handover in a 10-month time frame. Ongoing refinement of design and construction methodology is being employed to keep the project within funding constraints, whilst delivering the client's desired final outcome.

This Project won the 2008 MBA Excellence in Construction Awards in the Open Category for Communications Buildings
