Description:

Expansion of an existing Optus facility: Refurbishment of an existing unoccupied level into an expanded IDC facility. Additional roof level plant and new equipment.

Achievements:

The project was complex due to the necessary co-ordination of services and structural trades over multiple levels. The 18 weeks project was successfully completed in May 2005, on time, on budget and as documented.
