Environmental Policy

OneBuild Pty Ltd acknowledges our responsibility to minimise our impact, during the construction of building projects, on the Environment through the development, implementation and monitoring of an Environmental Management System based on ISO14001.

We will endeavour to provide an environmentally friendly solution to all activities through having an appropriate Environmental Management System, which allows pro-active risk assessment, planning, and systems to manage those risks.

Our objectives are:

1. To minimise our use of natural resources where a suitable alternative is available.
2. To prevent pollution to the Environment.
3. To minimise waste on our projects.
4. To comply with all relevant statutory and other requirements to which Onebuild subscribes.
5. To have others adopt a similar attitude due to our actions.

In order for our objectives to be achieved, we must:

1. Adopt a culture within the Company that Environmental matters are most important.
2. Develop, implement, monitor and continually improve our Environmental Management System.
3. Communicate effectively so that all Employees, Sub-Contractors and Suppliers understand the requirements of our Environmental Management System and what is required of them.
4. Ensure that all sites operate with an approved Environmental Management System.
