OneBuild is certified AS/NZS ISO 9001:2000 for Quality Management Systems for the provision of general building construction services including general contracting, construction management, project management, design and construct, turnkey projects fit-out and refurbishment.

Systems

OneBuild has in place specialised construction Management Systems and software. This allows our personnel to manage projects of various sizes both professionally and efficiently.

Our Management Systems concentrate on up front and extensive planning, which allows us to comply with legal and contractual requirements. We build exactly and efficiently to our client's expectations.

Insurances

OneBuild Pty Ltd (ABN 53 087 981 048) holds a current Builder's Licence 104 551C.

The Company is fully insured in all respects including Worker's Compensation, Public Liability and Contractors All Risk insurances.
