Commercial

Industrial
For our industrial clients we employ an emphasis on the up-front procurement of materials and labour. These are critical factors in industrial jobs where speed of completion is the clients main concern.
Additionally, OneBuild's support team of administrators and cost planners ensure the fastest and most cost-effective procurement from day one of the project.
This organisation allows the site team to focus on critical planning and construction issues like getting the building out of the ground and achieving specified tolerances. Hospitality
OneBuild's has extensive experience in the building of Hotels and Clubs whilst they are operational. Our maintenance of patron comfort and minimal disruption to the Club and Hotels operations has made us a key player in this market.
The staging of construction, the suppression of dust and noise and our flexibility in working hours are all key factors in our project planning.
Our experience in Hotels and Clubs construction has armed us with a comprehensive knowledge of what works in damage prone areas.
As such, we have been able to add value during both the design and the construction phases of several projects. We have assisted in cost planning, buildability analysis and have often recommended measures to reduce costs.

Retail
The speed of construction, whilst maintaining our spotless health and safety record, has been of prime importance to our success in retail construction.
The health and safety of the general public and the store staff cannot be compromised. We ensure that our health and safety plan is followed and the plan is regularly audited, both internally and externally.
We understand the many logistical issues associated with a store. We always work with Store Management to determine the most efficient staging plan, ensuring that the store remains as close to fully operational as possible.
Again we are aware of the many stakeholders in shopping centres as a whole. Our strength in planning and programming, and our belief in working as a team with the Store Management, has been the secret of our success in Retail Construction.
Health and Education
The health and safety of patients, children, students, visitors and staff is paramount when working in and around Hospitals, Schools and Universities.
OneBuild's safety record is unblemished. Our health and safety management system combined with our experience, allow us to identify potential hazards that are unique to Schools and children, Hospitals and patients.
Meeting tight deadlines and planning in and around School and University holidays, is a key focus in planning and programming. Our flexibility to work the hours of least disruption for our Client underpins our success.
