Description: The project consists of a four level carpark and a Multipurpose Hall: the excavation of two levels in sand rock and two levels above ground. The Hall includes a stage and games court.
Achievements: The project was awarded following competitive tender and investigation of alternative speed construction methods to generate savings to the client. Particular care has been taken in the design to coordinate with adjoining owners, in order to maintain the integrity of the adjoining buildings.
