Description: The project consisted of demolishing part of an existing industrial unit and attached retail outlets, extending the building and converting the whole into a Dan Murphy's Liquor Store. The store comprised 1,100m2 of trading area, 300m2 of back house area, along with car parking, loading dock, footpaths and landscaping.
Achievements: With an extremely tight construction program of 10 weeks, OneBuild's procurement procedures were essential in ensuring structural steel and precast concrete panels were designed, manufactured and installed within the first 4 weeks. The project was successfully handed over to Woolworths in August 2006.
