Description: The project consists of an all-new technical data hosting facility on an existing industrial site over two levels. It includes the installation of highly specialised electrical, mechanical and BMS services to provide an N+1 world class facility.
Achievements: The project was undertaken with a fast track design and construction management delivery method with completion within 10 months of site commencement including extensive services commissioning and testing in order to start immediate operation upon hand over.
This Project won the 2009 MBA Excellence in Construction Awards in the Open Category for Communications Buildings.
