Description: The project consisted of the refurbishment and installation of a new structural steel mezzanine flooring in an existing Telstra Critical Infrastructure Facility. It included the demolition of existing floors and the de-commissioning and demolishing of existing infrastructure, and the installation of new structural steel & concrete flooring to accommodate new power generators and other new infrastructure.

Achievements: The project was completed with no service interruptions to the facilities or services (which remained live through-out the works period). The project was completed ahead of programme which allowed the client to proceed with upgrade of mains and back-up power infrastructure to the entire exchange.
