Description: Construction of a new 50 beds nursing home facility over three levels: Two levels of operational nursing care with basement car parking and service facilities.
Achievements: The project involved the consolidation of a number of sites, including excavation for two levels below the streetscape. The typical structure consisted of a reinforced concrete frame, post-tensioned slabs and face brick facade. OneBuild worked closely with the Directors of the nursing home and their consultants, with ongoing design development throughout the project. The project was successfully completed in January 2006.
