Description: Construction of new Hotel with associated drive through Bottle shop and a new two story Motel including above grade carpark and Landscaping.
All interior works included a large kitchen, several bars, outdoor dining and entertainment and a fully operational TAB and gaming machine facility.
Achievements: The project was handed over in September 2009 over two stages on time and within the client’s specifications. This project won the 2010 MBA Excellence in Construction Award for Hospitality building up to $10,000,000 .
